Greetings, Blues Fans,

We're days away from the biggest Blues event of the year - the Blues Bash!

BB4 will take place on the weekend of November 17th, 18th at the Dream community in ShihJih (or Shijr).

Contrary to popular misconception, this is not on the far side of Outer Mongolia.

 It's a snap to get to on the MRT Blue(s) Line.

The music starts at 3:30 pm and goes until 9:30 pm.

As usual, the entertainment will be top notch and drawn from all over the globe.

This year, Capone's is going to have their chefs preparing fresh Blues Bar-B-Q goodies like Blues Burgers, Blues Bratwursts, and of course - Ribs! Vegetarians don't despair. There will be scrumptious delectables for you, too, like mi-fen and fries. Yummy.

And to wash all of it down, your choice of Heineken beer, Jack & Coke, Fanta, Sprite, Nestea and the ever-popular old stand-by, H20.

But that's not all...

There will be lucky drawings for CDs, Tshirts and other dandy merchandise. And for that extra-special musician or fan, we're going to raffle off a one-of-a-kind commemorative electric guitar; autographed by the BB3 performers.

Performers, artists and artisans of the Dream Community will heighten the festive atmosphere with spontaneous acts of wit, creativity, skill and acumen. Stilt-walkers, puppeteers, magicians, dancers and yes...

There will be a VIP After Bash Party each night at the Capone's. The After Bash parties will feature wild, balls-to-the wall performances by the BB4 headliners and locally-based Blues players ratcheting it all up a notch to that mystical level of musical interaction called 'The Jamm'. Players bring your ax and your 'A' game.

So come to BB4 ready to lose your Blues and get it on for a solid weekend of fun. It's gonna be a real Wang-Dang-Doodle!

There will be volunteers waiting at the Kunyang MRT station and the bus stops in Shijhih to assist festival goers.

This year we will also have a small shuttle bus going every 30 minutes from Kunyang Station to the festival site.

Suggestions for those who drive:
1. Jhongshan Freeway, down the "Sijhih" Junction entrance, turn right to "Section 2 of Datong Rd." - Turn right to "Section 1 of Siwan Rd." - Turn right to "Kangning Street" - Turn right to "Hucian street" - Reach the "Dream Community" -Parking lot at TREE CAFE.

2. 2nd North freeway, down the "Sijhih - Nangang" Junction entrance, take the "Nangang" entrance, turn left to "Sintai 5th Road" - Turn right to "Section 1 of Datong Rd." - Turn left to "Jhongsing Road" - Turn right to "Kangning Street" - Turn left to "Hucian Street" - Reach the "Dream Community" - Parking lot at TREE CAFE.

Suggestions for those taking train/MRT/bus:
1. Get off at MRT stop "Kunyang", then take bus "Blue 36", then take off at stop "Beifong Li" of Sijhih, and then walk for about 5 minutes to reach the Dream Community

2. Get off at MRT stop "Kunyang", then take bus "817", then take off at stop "Jinlong Li" or "Jinlong Elementary School" of Sijhih, and the walk for about 3 minutes to reach the Dream Community

3. Get off at MRT stop "Yuanshan", then take bus "Red 2", then take off at stop "Beifong Li" of Sijhih, and then walk for about 5 minutes to reach the Dream Community

4. Get off at "Sijhih Train Station", then take bus "629", then take off at stop "Jinlong Elementary School", and then walk for about 5 minutes to reach the Dream Community

5. Other buses passing stop "Beifong Li": 247 - 267 - 51 - 311

A ride there costs usually around 160NT$from Kunyang Station.
